Danna's earliest childhood memories are of growing up in Lordsburg New Mexico, Arizona, Maine, Texas -- and enjoying summers in Montana with her grandparents. Fast forwarding four decades after a full circle around America puts her back in Albuquerque New Mexico.

Today Danna works part-time with FOH as an Occupational Health Nurse and takes an occasional travel nurse assignment in Alaska. You could say that she has tasted virtually all the different flavors of the medical profession in her 25+ year nursing career. Her favorite being the travel nurse. This allows her some getaway time to explore other states and write essays along the way. Her essays compile of life experiences. Slices of these experiences are currently being composed into a memoir.
Danna's desire is to share through her memoir, the message of how her faith has carried her through personal crisis, single parenting and relationship failures. Spiced with humor and emotion, she includes travel writing and nursing stories.
Without the support of her family and friends, Danna would not have dared to venture outside the lines of mediocrity by placing her life on the wings of world vulnerability.
Danna dedicates most of her work to her husband Daniel, the Encourager in her life.
